Also featuring the now annual 'sound of silence' at noon, as the whole Pavilion and field fall silent, everyone links arms, and the Llangollen Message of Peace is broadcast to the world. Reserved:- £15, £12. Unreserved:- £10 Friday 8th July Performers from every corner of the world compete in this folk - themed day with a slash of Celtic.
Throughout the day folk music spills out onto the festival's outside stages and field where some of the very best in the international folk world dazzle and shine. Reserved:- £15, £12. Unreserved £10
Saturday
9th July The daytime competitions reach a climax with traditional male and female choirs and Barbershop choruses, with wonderful folk dance on the main stage and the moving peace message by 100 local school children. Reserved:- £20, £15. Unreserved £10 Sunday 10th July New for Sunday is 'Sunday on the Field'. The day's programme promises an action packed band fuelled day, with a high quality bill of bands spilling out onto the outside stages.
