International Children's Day - EXOTIC TRADITIONS

Be transported to the Indian subcontinent by musicians, dancers, and acrobats from India and Sudan. Including Kawa Circus's breathtaking and mesmerising brand of dance and fun.

  • For primary schools

  • Pre-booked parties only.

  • £5 per child.

  • Teachers FREE at a pupil-teacher ratio of 6:1

Wednesday 7th July
International Song & Dance

Choirs and folk dancers from 20 countries.

Also featuring the best young soloists in the world in an event that has been the launching pad for stars such as Faryl Smith.

Performers from all five continents on the outside stages – visit the whole World in One Place!

Thursday 8th July
Youth Entertains - Young Singers and Folk Dancers of the World

Join the musical party with 1000 young performers: Children’s Dance, Youth Choirs, the biggest ever Junior Children’s Choir competition, and Songs from the Shows.

Enjoy Jazz and Roots, Hip-Hop and Bollywood, and exotic colour on the field.

Special Youth Day packages for Secondary Schools.

Friday 9th July
International Celtic & Folk Day.

The essence of Llangollen: Mixed and Chamber Choirs, plus the spectacular, all-new folk competitions.

Folk music spills onto the Eisteddfod field, with an extra Celtic flavour. Bands from Wales lead a colourful mix of sights and sounds.

All the World, More Smiles brings inclusive music, dance, and art to the S4/C stage.

Saturday 10th July
International Family Day

Simply the best male and female choirs in the world; from Bach to Barbershop. Luciano Pavarotti won on this day in 1955!
Also, the moving Peace Message given by local children.

On the Field: Activities for all. Music, dance, arts, crafts, story-telling, and competitions. Special guests: the Jaipur Kawa Brass Band!
