Barbara Dickson Live at Llangollen

Singing a selection of her classic hits and folk-inspired songs, Barbara Dickson blends the old with the new including songs such as 'I know him so well'. The multimillion selling recording artist and Olivier Award winner comes to Llangollen with her own inimitable style, unparalleled in the music business.

The Llangollen Peace Concert

Promoting peace and goodwill between nations, folk dancers and choirs entertain at the official Welcoming Ceremony Concert.

Hosted by Terry Waite. Conducted by Brian Kay, former "King's Singer", young people from 10 countries sing together with one voice.

Thursday 9th July 19.45hrs

Robeson Re Explored

Sir Willard White returns to Llangollen.

Eisteddfod favourite Willard White explores the life and music of Paul Robeson, icon of equality and human rights.

Unforgettable spirituals, jazz and folk, including 'Steal Away', 'Ain't Necessarily So', and 'Ol' Man River'.

Friday 10th July 19.45hrs

Blake & Natasha Marsh

The Brit Award winning Blake are joined by wonderful Soprano Natasha Marsh in an exciting evening of music spanning opera, the classics, and popular music. 'Album of Year' stars meet 'the new voice of romance'; with string quartet.

Saturday 11th July 19.45hrs

Choir of The World - The Pavarotti Trophy.

Simply the most prestigious choir competition in the world...

Winning choirs from the five major choral competitions sing in the grand final.

The evening begins with a breathtaking dance show.

Licensed to Thrill - Carl Davis Presents the Music of James Bond 007

Orchestra of Welsh National Opera, Mary Carewe, Simon Bowman; Hosted by Honor Blackman.

The Eisteddfod shaken and stirred....

A glittering evening of fabulous orchestral sounds and favourite melodies under the baton of Carl Davies, Honor Blackman a.k.a. Pussy Galore hosts the evening, introducing two of the most talented singers from the West End stage and television. Including Goldfinger, You Only Live Twice, and the iconic Bond Theme.

Plus a Firework Display Finale.

Bonus Early Evening Concert:- The Naked Violin - World famous and award winning solo violinist, Tasmin Little, in concert on the Eisteddfod Field at 18.15hrs.
