Llangollen International Eisteddfod |
|
Since 1987, the Eisteddfod has established an event which determines the outright winner of the four major choral competitions - for mixed, female, male and chamber choirs. The choirs placed first in these competitions are invited to perform at the Saturday evening concert of the International Eisteddfod, when one of them will be designated Choir of the World by an international panel of judges. There is a cash prize and the Premier International Trophy for the winning choir. Competition Winners 1987 - 2008 |
