Powys Country House Cottages

These delightful properties are set in three acres of grounds including tennis court, barbecue area and patio. Our splendid location is ideal for walkers, whether you enjoy a quiet stroll through lovely gardens and along the river bank, or perhaps a more strenuous uphill climb with the reward of the fabulous views across the Clwydian range and the Berwyn mountains.

Nearby are the towns of Llangollen, Bala and Corwen and we are within easy touring distance of the coast and Snowdonia National Park.

All bed linen and bedding is provided but please bring personal towels. Each property benefits from a colour TV and there is ample parking for all guests. All fuel and power is included in the rent. There is a payphone on the premises.

New guests are welcomed from 3pm onward on day of arrival and are requested to depart no later than 10am on day of departure. Pets are welcomed by prior arrangement but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Coach House Cottage

A stone-built converted coach house with two bedrooms: a double room with four poster bed and a family room with three single beds. A cot is available. There is a lounge with a wood-burning stove, a dining kitchen, and shower room with toilet and basin. There are electric heaters in all the rooms. Sleeps 5 (plus baby). 

Stable Cottage

A stone-built cottage with a dining kitchen and lounge, an open staircase leading to a gallery sleeping area with a four-poster bed and a single bed, and a cot is available. There is a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. The property is warmed by oil-fired central heating and a wood- burning stove in the lounge. Sleeps 3 (plus baby). 

Groom's Flat

A stone built cottage with a downstairs bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor there is an open plan lounge, dining area and sleeping area with double bed. There is a separate bathroom with toilet and a small kitchen. the property is warmed by oil fired central heating.
